PTSA MEETINGS - OPEN TO ALL
We hold regular business meetings as well as family educational events and we invite everyone to attend. They are fun and informative and a great way to get involved with your child's school. PTSA Meetings are open to all families, not just Board or Committee members. Every member is encouraged to attend to voice your ideas and see what's happening with your PTSA.

All members of the PTSA are welcome at every
Board of Directors and General Meeting.
Board of Directors meetings are held once a month. Monthly business is voted on at these meetings. A quorum of ten (10) voting members is required. The Boardof Directors is comprised of the Elected Officers and Standing and Ad-Hoc Committee Chairs.
General meetings are held three times per year - usually October, January, and April. These are tyoically evening meetings that the entire PTSA membership is expected to attend. Amendments to the Standing Rules (October), election of the Nominating Committee (January), adoption of the budget and election of the officers (April) takes place, with a majority of those present needed to carry motions. The business portion is kept short and provides an overview of finances and activities. We ofetn include a guest speaker at these meetings for the benefit of our membership on a variety of topics.
