Calendar Updates

Please submit important dates to be included on the PTSA calendar to the Website Admin.

Volunteer Sign-Ups Request

Individuals or Committee leads placing a request to setup an online volunteer sign-ups for their event must have an account on our WoodmoorPTSA website.  If you have not joined our website yet, click here.  Once you have an account in place, send your volunteer request to the Volunteer Coordinator with the following details:

1. Committee or event name
2. Email of committee's volunteers coordinator
3. Exact date(s) including day of the week
4. A list of ALL volunteer positions needed including for each one:

* A short description of the job requirement

* Maximum number of volunteers (if applicable)

* Any specific instructions for that job (if applicable)

Other Website Updates

All other updates that do not fall in the categories listed above may be sent to Website Admin.
