Join us for a creative winter filled with fun projects like zentangle animals, clay pizza slices, disco balls, and foil sculptures! From colorful maps with 2D/3D landmarks to oil pastel snow scenes and pointillism landscapes, every class is packed with exciting art exploration. Get ready to make magic this winter!

Mighty Coders
K-2 students use Scratch to learn logic, loops, and events by creating fun games. 3-5 will learn JavaScript, HTML, and CSS through projects like an Animal Book Report and a Simple Calculator, or advance to jQuery and more complex functions.
Grades: K-5 will use both POD A and B

Robotics & AI (NEW!)
Our after school enrichment program utilizes a combination of Lego and metal-based robotics, providing students with a hands-on learning experience.
Grades: 1-5 (1-2 and 3-5 group) will use POD B

Basketball Club (Backboard Basics) (NEW!)
Development is different for every kid. While most of our drills are fundamental focused, we program around how experienced each player is. Everyone is growing together.
Grades: K-5 basketball court (outside POD A/B)
Mondays: Grades K-2 // 8 classes
1/13; 2/3; 2/10; 2/24; 3/3; 3/10; 3/17; 3/24
Tuesdays: Grades 3-5 // 8 classes

It’s your move! Join PTSA CHESS Club to play chess with other kids, practice your strategy and moves, learn from other kids.

Most important, we have fun here.

For all kids from 1st-5th, all skill level.
Meet at Library/POD A every Monday 4:05pm-5:05pm on 11/18,12/2,12/9,12/16,1/6, & 1/13.

2-3 parent volunteers are needed in each meeting.
Chess sets donations are welcome. We accept registration based on first come first serve.

These programs are sponsored by Woodmoor PTSA. Although parent volunteering is not mandatory to sign up for a class, these classes will run for the dates listed as long as there is a parent representative present at each class. Failure to get enough parent representatives will result in classes being canceled.
