Woodmoor PTSA Membership--PTA For Your Child
Welcome Woodmoor families, teachers, staff and community members!
As you have noticed, this year looks completely different than others. We, your Woodmoor PTSA, are working hard and are here for you this year. While we are not physically around the school to take your sign up forms for PTSA membership, we ask you to join/renew online*, and consider a sponsorship of a teacher/staff member or donate towards a membership.
*Because of COVID-19, we have waived the online fees associated with purchase as of 09/02/2020.
Cost:
$15 for an individual
$25 for two adults
$15 for a Woodmoor Staff/Teacher
$15 to sponsor a teacher/staff member
any amount donated to award a scholarship is appreciated
**In order for Woodmoor PTSA to remain in good standing, we must have 25 members signed up by October 31, 2020**
Who can join:
Parents, guardians, grandparents, teachers, staff, alumni, community members, and all living adults that have a connection to Woodmoor Elementary.
When:
July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021
Requirements:
The only thing required of you to be a member of PTSA is to pay the annual membership dues*. Beyond that, however you choose to PTSA is up to you. Membership in PTSA can involve as much or as little time as you have to offer. There is no wrong or right way to be involved - anything you can give, whether it's time or money, will support your child's potential. There is no wrong way to PTA!

Confidential Membership Subsidies:
PARENTS/GUARDIANS/CAREGIVERS/STAFF: We have subsidies available. Please spread the word. We don't want cost to be a barrier to obtaining membership. We want your voice heard!
Our Woodmoor Elementary School community has been very generous with donating to the membership scholarship fund. A person can request a membership subsidy by contacting our VP of Membership. The process is very easy and always confidential. If you have any questions, our membership chair will be happy to answer them.
*Memberships will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis.
Corporate Matching
Many corporations – large and small (Microsoft, Boeing, Costco, etc.) – will match donations made to non-profit organizations like ours! Please check with your HR department to take advantage of this amazing program!
Tax Deduction
Remember – Woodmoor PTSA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible. Receipts for tax purposes are available upon request.
